This week, the United States Senate confirmed Don Willett in a 50-47 vote to be Circuit Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the very same court where he started his legal career as a law clerk. Also confirmed this week was Leonard Steven Grasz in a 50-48 vote to be Circuit Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Grasz previously served as Nebraska’s chief deputy attorney general for more than 11 years.
