President Trump announced his intent to nominate four to the United States Court of Appeals. Those intended to be nominated are:
Mark J. Bennett to be Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
Andrew S. Oldham to be Circuit Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit
Michael Y. Scudder and Amy J. St. Eve to be Circuit Judges on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit
The President also announced his intent to nominate five to United States District Courts. Those intended to be nominated are:
Nancy E. Brasel and Eric C. Tostrud to be District Judges on the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota
Thomas S. Kleeh to be District Judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia
Peter J. Phipps to be District Judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania
C.J. Williams to be District Judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa
