Michael L. Douglas Named Chief Justice

This week, the Supreme Court of Nevada announced Justice Michael L. Douglas will be Chief Justice effective January 1, 2018. Justice Douglas will replace Chief Justice Michael A. Cherry. Both Chief Justice Cherry and Justice Douglas announced they would retire at the end of their terms effective January 2019.
