Joining Blank Rome in 1992 and serving previously as Firm co-chair and managing partner, Hoffman was elected to chairman and managing partner in 2014 – the first person in the firm’s history to hold both roles simultaneously.
Palmer joined the firm in 1990 and served in a number of leadership roles, including as Commercial Litigation Practice Group leader and as chair of the Pro Bono Committee, which he founded in 2003 and continues to lead to this day.
