David Lambrecht
David Lambrecht has joined the White House Office of the Chief Information Officer as a Special Assistant to the President and Deputy Director for White House Information Technology. He reports to Director Roger Stone.
The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) provides unclassified technology services to all components of the Executive Office of the President (EOP). It also protects/defends the EOP network against information security threats and risks.
Lambrecht has an extensive 20-plus-year background in the military dating back to the beginning of his career as a Communications Officer in the Army from 1994 to 2010. Before the EOP, Lambrecht served as the Deputy Executive Assistant to the Vice Chairman in the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from June 2015 to July 2016. He was most recently Deputy Commander of the White House Communications Agency from June 2017 to October.
Lambrecht received a B.S. in Political Science from James Madison University in 1994, M.S. in Technology Management from University of Maryland Global Campus in 2009, and a Master’s degree in Military Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College in 2017.
