This handy list of presidential nominations to federal courts is updated monthly and contains all the judges that have been nominated by President Donald Trump and also those that have been nominated, confirmed and sworn in within the 116th U.S. Congress.
Any judges who remain unconfirmed when the 117th Congress is seated will need to be nominated again.
