Tuesday will be the first time as leader of the free world that Biden will meet with the CBC but he is already very familiar with them as three of its former members are now in the highest rankings of the administration: Harris; Assistant to the President and Director of the Office of Public Engagement Cedric Richmond; and Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Marcia Fudge.
